Refund policy
At Apex Steering, every steering wheel is custom-built to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, the following policy applies to all purchases.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All steering wheels are manufactured specifically to the customer’s requested specification. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
If your vehicle is not compatible with the selected steering wheel specification, we will notify you prior to production and issue a full refund where applicable.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and made-to-measure goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product is custom-made.
Plug & Play Guarantee
Our steering wheels are designed to be plug and play unless otherwise stated.
If your steering wheel does not function as expected:

We will work with you to diagnose and resolve the problem.

If the issue cannot be resolved and the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a full refund upon return and inspection of the item.
We may request photos, videos, or diagnostic information to properly assess any claim.
Returns & Inspection
If a return is authorised, the item must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.
Once received, the steering wheel will be inspected.
If the product is found to be damaged, modified, incorrectly installed, or mishandled, the refund will not be processed.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where damage has occurred after delivery.
Installation Responsibility
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Apex Steering is not responsible for faults, warning lights, or damage caused by improper installation or third-party modifications.
